AI Readiness Audit
Is Your Data Actually Ready for Agentic AI?
Now Assist and AI agents are only as reliable as the CMDB and data behind them. Axion AI audits your existing instance’s data quality and governance before you commit to an AI Transition, so you know what needs fixing first instead of finding out after go-live.
What Gets Checked
CMDB Health Check
CI class modeling and data quality checked against your real infrastructure, not the out-of-the-box schema, so autonomous suggestions are built on something accurate.
CSDM Alignment
The Common Service Data Model underneath AI Control Tower and Now Assist, checked for the structure those products actually depend on.
Data Quality & Governance
Duplication, staleness, and ownership gaps that quietly undermine automation, surfaced before they become a production incident.
Now Assist Readiness Read-Out
A scorecard, not a sales deck: specific findings on what's ready now and what needs fixing before an AI Transition starts.
Why It Matters
Know whether your CMDB can support autonomous decisions before agentic features go live
A scorecard with specific findings, not vague reassurance
Built for instances already running ServiceNow, not pre-implementation scoping
A fixed-scope precursor to the AI Transition, not a commitment to a larger engagement
AI Readiness Audit FAQ
- How is this different from the ServiceNow Readiness Audit?
- The Readiness Audit is for prospects who haven't implemented ServiceNow yet: it scopes cost, timeline, and technical debt before a build starts. This audit is for instances already running ServiceNow, checking whether the CMDB and data are actually clean enough for an AI Transition.
- What happens if our CMDB isn't ready?
- The scorecard identifies exactly what's missing. CMDB remediation is available as its own engagement, or folded into the AI Transition itself so the data foundation and the AI rollout are scoped together.
- Does a low score mean we can't use Now Assist at all?
- No. It usually means scoping Now Assist to the workflows where your existing data already supports it, while the rest gets fixed in parallel, not an all-or-nothing gate.
Not sure which audit fits? The ServiceNow Readiness Audit is for pre-implementation scoping. This one is for instances already running ServiceNow.
